Report on the transfer of value towards healthcare workers and healthcare organizations.
Report on the transfer of value towards healthcare workers and healthcare organizations relates to the total monetary amount, payed to the healthcare organization or a healthcare worker during one year, according to INOVIA (association of manufacturers of innovative medicine). According to the codex of data publishing, as an integral part of codex of conduct during promotion of medicine that are perscribed and issued via receipt and communication with healthcare workers, by:
a) Headquarters of Janssen-Cilag Kft. Belgrade or
b) Company Eupharm d.o.o, Belgrade as a marketing representative of the license owner headquarters of Janssen-Cilag Kft, Belgrade
b) Company Eupharm d.o.o, Belgrade as a marketing representative of the license owner headquarters of Janssen-Cilag Kft, Belgrade
Transfered value is determined based on formed expenses, which were independantly carried by Company Eupharm d.o.o and Janssen-Cilag Kft. branch, Belgrade, according to methodology described in the following text..
Methodology of reporting
All value tranfers published in the report on transfered value are presented in domestic currency(RSD), calculated according to the median course of the National bank of Serbia on the day of payment, including value by methodology for the following individual categories:
• Registration - Includes expenses of registration and appropriate taxes;
• Travel - includes expenses of airplane/train/bus tickets and transfer, but doesn't include expenses of reservation/ agencies compensations or bank expenses;
• Acommodation - includes breakfast if it is included in the prize of lodging and sojourn tax, but doesn't include expenses of reservation/ agencies compensation or banking expenses;
• Fees for services and consultations – connected expenses related to fees including traveling and accomodation- same methodology used as with category of traveling and the accomodation category;
• Fees for services and consultations – includes neto amount, without included taxes contributions and agencies compensation;
• Donations and unreturnable resources to healthcare organizations - includes expenses that are an integral part of the contract of donation with the healthcare organization, such as - traveling expenses, accomodation, meals, honorarium, printing of material, renting of property, agencies compensation;
• Sponsors contracts with healthcare organizations/third parties that the healthcare organization names for the organization of gatherings(commercial sponsorships) - includes all expenses towards the healthcare organization for which value the sponsor got in return the possibility of commercial participation at the event(display, commercial, space and time for the companies symposium).
• Travel - includes expenses of airplane/train/bus tickets and transfer, but doesn't include expenses of reservation/ agencies compensations or bank expenses;
• Acommodation - includes breakfast if it is included in the prize of lodging and sojourn tax, but doesn't include expenses of reservation/ agencies compensation or banking expenses;
• Fees for services and consultations – connected expenses related to fees including traveling and accomodation- same methodology used as with category of traveling and the accomodation category;
• Fees for services and consultations – includes neto amount, without included taxes contributions and agencies compensation;
• Donations and unreturnable resources to healthcare organizations - includes expenses that are an integral part of the contract of donation with the healthcare organization, such as - traveling expenses, accomodation, meals, honorarium, printing of material, renting of property, agencies compensation;
• Sponsors contracts with healthcare organizations/third parties that the healthcare organization names for the organization of gatherings(commercial sponsorships) - includes all expenses towards the healthcare organization for which value the sponsor got in return the possibility of commercial participation at the event(display, commercial, space and time for the companies symposium).
In case of cancelation of participation of a healthcare worker or a healthcare organization at the event, and when the company cause of such a cancelation carries expenses, publishing in the report of transfered value is not done.
For healthcare workers or healthcare organizations that haven't accepted reports on the transfer of value on individual basis, transfer of values are are aggregate. If a healthcare worker or healthcare organization hasn't accepted report of transfered value on individual basis for one transfer value, all transfer values are published aggregate.
Publishing of aforementioned information shall be done annually not later than 30th of june of the current year for the previous one. Information will be available to the public in the public domain within 3 years after the initial publishing.
